I recently had two teeth extracted at SD Oral Surgery, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment I walked in, the entire staff was welcoming, professional, and incredibly kind. Alice ( his assitant) made me feel comfortable and reassured throughout the entire process. I was especially nervous about having two extractions done, but the team did an amazing job explaining everything and making sure I was comfortable. The procedure itself was completely painless, and I was shocked by how quick and smooth everything went. It was honestly the fastest dental procedure I have ever experienced! Dr. Sharafi was extremely professional and gentle, and the staff was attentive to my needs and made sure I understood the aftercare instructions before leaving. I truly appreciated how efficiently everything was handled without ever feeling rushed. I cannot recommend Dr. Sharafi highly enough. I have undergone multiple dental implant procedures with him, and every experience has been exceptional. From the initial consultation through the final restoration, he consistently demonstrated outstanding skill, professionalism, and attention to detail. I also want to recognize his office staff, who have always been friendly, organized, and accommodating. Every visit has been pleasant, and scheduling and follow-up care have been seamless. If you need an oral surgeon, I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Sharafi. His exceptional surgical skill, compassionate care, and commitment to excellent outcomes make him one of the best doctors I have ever had the privilege of seeing.

Look is deceiving. The front of the office is very simple and not flashy. Once you get inside, everything changes. The reception area is small but nice (only 6 chairs). Then when your name is called and you walk past the glass door, it’s like a maze with operatories and offices on both sides. Dr. Sharafi was very nice and pleasant. Very easy to communicate with. He makes you feel at ease with his smiles. His assistants are also very friendly, very pleasant, very knowledgeable. I had a wonderful experience with my visit today. I know what to expect for my next visit—went over the treatment plan, pre-op and post-op expectations and the cost of my next appointment. I highly recommend this office!!!

As a small business owner, I genuinely dislike leaving negative reviews — I understand how much they matter. But my experience was so unacceptable that I feel obligated to warn others. I was referred to Dr. Evans specifically because he is a biological dentist who specializes in ceramic implants. I scheduled my appointment about a month in advance. Before my visit, I proactively sent my existing 3D scan to the office via file transfer so I wouldn't need to be re-exposed to X-rays. I called to confirm receipt — and they confirmed they had it. When I arrived for my 2:00 PM appointment, the front desk told me I would need a new 3D scan. I explained I had already sent mine over. They acted as if they had no record of it — until they suddenly confirmed they did have it. Fifteen minutes later, they reversed again, claiming they couldn't open the files. I knew this wasn't a file issue, since every other office I'd sent the same files to had opened them without any problem. Eventually a second staff member was brought over, and after another 15 minutes, the files were opened. After more waiting, a staff member came to take me back — straight to the X-ray machine — and asked me to remove my

From the moment I walked in, his entire team was professional, welcoming, and attentive. Dr. Sharafi took the time to sit down with me and thoroughly explain every aspect of the procedure. He made sure I understood all of my options and genuinely focused on what would be best for me, rather than rushing through the consultation. His patience, knowledge, and compassionate approach made me feel completely comfortable and reassured. He is truly an incredible doctor, and I’m so grateful to have been referred to him by Dr. Rahbar at Dentique.
